Zaffah is a calm, trusted space for planning the most beautiful day of your life. By using the platform you agree to the following:

Everyone

• Provide accurate information in your account and requests.
• No harassment, abuse, or offensive content in chat or reviews; reviews are moderated before publication.
• Do not share anyone's personal data without their consent. Your guest list is for people you genuinely intend to invite, not a tool for harvesting numbers or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Do not attempt to move dealings or payments off the platform by sharing contact numbers or bank details in chat; the platform automatically blocks such messages and may flag the account.

Venue partners

• Honour bookings confirmed through the platform.
• Provide accurate venue, hall, and pricing information; respond to couples' requests within the allowed window; and respect your published cancellation and refund policies.
• No fake reviews, whether for your venue or against competitors.

Violations

Zaffah may suspend an account for breaches of these terms or repeated, documented complaints. Report abuse to hello@zaffahapp.com.
